Your Ideal Practice In 60 Days or Less…

This is to inform you of a bold new initiative from the Vancouver Island ICF Chapter starting in October to support our members in creating the abundant and thriving Coaching practices that they want.

‘Your Ideal Practice in 60 days or less’ is a 10-week structured program offered and supported within the Vancouver Island ICF chapter. The goal of the program is to take a group of participant Coaches within the chapter to a quantitative and qualitative next level in their coaching practices.

As a Coach, you know that you only get to practice once you have clients; no clients = no coaching. And so a key part of all of our coaching work is generating those clients. Generating the practice you really want, that you dream of, is access to thriving as a coach – creating the lifestyle, the impact and legacy of making a real difference. This program led by Don Goodeve and Tracey Burns, PCC provides a powerful structure to have you move past your blocks and to generate your ideal coaching practice!
Using team- and group-coaching approach, combined with expert speakers, practices, copious support and ongoing exercises – this program will have you practicing past your edge to create breakthrough results and have you armed with the tools to carry your success into the future.
The program consists of 5, 2-hour group sessions as follows:
Friday, October 23rd – In Person at – Victoria Executive Center
November 4; November 18; December 2 will be conducted over ZOOM to allow effective remote participation.
Wednesday, December 16 – In Person ( Location To Be Determined)
