CCEU: 3 Core Competencies
Relationship Systems Intelligence
So you’ve done your EQ reading or training and have it sussed – you’re now good to go, right?
As many of us know, relationships are the backbone of human interaction. Whether with a partner, friend, parent, child, co-worker or client, we are all in relationship with those around us. At the very core of these relationships is a force that heavily influences the ‘going ons’ that take place between two people or more, that ‘something’ you just quite get your finger on – the intelligence inherent in all relationships!
A relatively new-comer to the ‘Intelligence Family’ (intellectual, emotional, social), Relationship Systems Intelligence (RSI) offers a different lens through which to view relationships of all types, whether be it couples, families, work partnerships, teams, as well as a your relationship with yourself.
Join us on October 16th and find out more from Juhree Zimmerman, R.N., B.Sc.N, M.Ed. (Counseling Psych.), C.P.C.C., O.R.S.C.C., M.C.C., who will take us through her experiential and interactive presentation and where you will gain:
- A greater understanding of the power of intelligence within relationships that exists independently from the individuals;
- An overview of theory on relationship systems
- A coaching tool that will provide you a better understanding of issues in relationships and how to move the relationship forward toward its desired goals
