“Why hire an ICF Credential-holder?”
Welcome to our directory of member coaches of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As ICF members, we are governed by Codes of Ethics which establishes the professional code of conduct that you can expect as a client. ICF Member coaches are enrolled in or have at least 60 hours of coach specific training. “Credentialed” coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) have additional training and experience that allow them to qualify for these designations.
Tamara WichniewiczCertified Professional Coach, Career Coach
Mission: Engaging people to make a difference, to empower, to re-claim dreams, to coach purposefully and skillfully, to UNTANGLE, to act respectfully, to create sustainable change and to have fun.
My goal in coaching practice is to create safe space where dreams could be seen, examined, actualized and tested in real life.
I am primarily serving women who are at their life cross road, youth heading into the future, mature adults planning to retire and goals oriented professionals.
We partner to identify strengths, clarify dreams, recognize new perspective and move into committed, actionable goals.
I offer structure, process, inspiration, self awareness and support to take the little leaps of faith to make your dreams happen, both internally and externally.
I am bringing solid knowledge, fantastic training and life experience to the coaching relationship. My strengths are intuition, ability to dream and trust in clients inner wisdom. I believe in freedom of choice.
Professional colleagues and clients speak of me as open hearted, bold, curious, purposeful, skillful, respectful and compassionate. I was born to serve and play.
