Welcome to our directory of member coaches of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As ICF members, we are governed by Codes of Ethics which establishes the professional code of conduct that you can expect as a client. ICF Member coaches are enrolled in or have at least 60 hours of coach specific training. “Credentialed” coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) have additional training and experience that allow them to qualify for these designations.

As Owner and Principal Consultant for Terrace HR & Business Solutions, Teri Brigden offers clients more than 18 years of human resources and business management expertise.
Teri’s core services include:

Teri holds a Bachelor’s of Science Honors degree, as well as Post Graduate Certificates in Human Resource Management, Labour-Management Relations, Leadership Coaching and Labour Law.
She is a Board of Directors member and the Sponsorship Chair with Women in Mining Canada and is a Professional Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is also a member of the BC Human Resources Association, the Saskatchewan Association of Human Resources Professionals, the Saskatchewan Mining Association and the Saskatchewan chapters of Women in Mining and Women in Nuclear.
Personally, Teri is married with two young children and spends the majority of her spare time trail-running in the BC Mountains.
