“Why hire an ICF Credential-holder?”
Welcome to our directory of member coaches of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As ICF members, we are governed by Codes of Ethics which establishes the professional code of conduct that you can expect as a client. ICF Member coaches are enrolled in or have at least 60 hours of coach specific training. “Credentialed” coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) have additional training and experience that allow them to qualify for these designations.

I think I really felt the impact of the sessions not during or even directly after but weeks and months later when I would catch myself thinking on the things we had discussed or found myself in situations that create the kinds of feelings Maeve had asked me to be curious about. This has helped me manage challenges and apply methods she gave me. I feel I really benefited from these sessions and that their true value is still revealing itself to me months on.
Maeve is a skillful coach who will quickly partner with you to achieve your goals. She is a pleasure to work with while also holding you accountable to take clear action in your life. In short, she’s a kind and generous change agent.
Working with Maeve was an excellent investment of time and resources – though two years have passed, I often return to the professional insights and resources she shared with me. Our work together brought clarity to specific challenges and helped me hone strategies and set actionable goals during a time of transition.
