“Why hire an ICF Credential-holder?”
Welcome to our directory of member coaches of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As ICF members, we are governed by Codes of Ethics which establishes the professional code of conduct that you can expect as a client. ICF Member coaches are enrolled in or have at least 60 hours of coach specific training. “Credentialed” coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) have additional training and experience that allow them to qualify for these designations.
Leadership starts with ourselves. The world needs leaders who have a keen awareness of what they stand for, leaders who keep their hearts and minds open, and leaders who are willing to step beyond their comfort zone in order to grow.
I am thrilled to be partnering with clients who are motivated to make a positive impact, to be courageous in pursuing their greatest goals.
My work is rooted in real-life experience and graduate education in leadership, organizational development, psychology and professional coaching.
I have worked with a diverse set of leaders at all levels and multidisciplinary teams over the course of my decade-long career in strategic human resources consulting and leadership development. Appreciating the complex challenges that leaders must wrestle with, my goal is to generate fresh perspectives that will help my clients maximize their impact.
I was trained at the ADLER professional coaching program accredited by the ICF. I have a Master’s of Education in Adult Education and Community Development from University of Toronto and an Honours Bachelor degree in Psychology from York University. I am a certified practitioner of Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Lumina Spark and Lumina Leader.
I am currently in the process of earning the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
