“Why hire an ICF Credential-holder?”
Welcome to our directory of member coaches of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As ICF members, we are governed by Codes of Ethics which establishes the professional code of conduct that you can expect as a client. ICF Member coaches are enrolled in or have at least 60 hours of coach specific training. “Credentialed” coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) have additional training and experience that allow them to qualify for these designations.

I love helping clients stir the pot, challenge the status quo and use creativity to foster deeper connections to themselves and others so they can live authentically courageous lives. I especially love supporting clients who have been given a “gift from the universe” — a new child, a job loss, the end of a relationship, a scary diagnosis — to be empowered by choice and make the most of each day.
I currently champion courageous women at http://www.heartrageous.life, am a coach trainer and group coach at OneFreePlanet (http://www.onefreeplanet.com), a faculty member of Spiral Leadership (http://www.spiral-leadership.com), coach humanitarian staff through the HCN (http://www.thehcn.org), a member of the Victoria Holistic Death Care Community where I advance conversations about death and dying, and support private one-on-one clients.
With clients spanning five continents, I’m comfortable and experienced working with everyone from CEOs to singer-songwriters to new parents, at any age or stage of life or career.
Along with over 20 years of diverse professional experience in both the public and private sectors with roles in communications, marketing, media, business consulting, corporate strategy, project and change management, organizational development, front-of-room leadership, adult education and people leadership, I am credentialed through both CTI (The Coaches Training Institute) and ICF (International Coach Federation).
