This VI-ICF Discussion Forum will follow the theme of the business side of coaching, this time focusing on business solutions platforms.

About this Event

Being a coach is fulfilling, but running a coaching business can be onerous, especially with all the various digital solutions on the market today. The choices can be overwhelming and it can become an expensive and time-consuming proposition as you try to patch together a number of different platforms to help you market and run your business.

  • What are the best platforms to help you reach and serve clients?
  • What is a CRM?
  • What is the best scheduling app?
  • How do you host an e-course? What about member spaces?
  • What about managing billing and online products?
  • Is there a platform that integrates all of this?

These are all questions Delaney Tosh and Emma-Louise Elsey have each grappled with in their many years as coaches and business owners. They will share from their experiences and will provide an overview of some of the business solutions platforms available (CRMs, schedulers, e-course platforms, billing, bookkeeping, and more).

They will also provide an overview of a comprehensive coaching business platform (Simplero) that could make the backend of your coaching business a lot more streamlined, and they will discuss the pros and cons of using an integrated platform such as this.

We will then open up the discussion to participants to share other solutions that coaches have had success with, as well as opportunity for open Q&A.
