Coaching Roundtable – Resourcing for Resilience
About This Event:
In partnership with the Vancouver Island Region of CPHR BC & Yukon, we are pleased to co-host a roundtable. This roundtable will occur 4 times a year. The first is coming up next week…
Join us as we explore Resilience, using coaching questions in service of resourcing ourselves and others. Coaching in organizations is becoming more prevalent, with many internal HR practitioners adding coach training to their strategic HR Toolkit. This roundtable is for members who are seeing the value of coaching within their organizations. If you want to learn more, take this opportunity to connect with other professionals who have an interest in and passion for coaching.
