About This Event: Facing Change with Powerful Questions
CCEUs: 1.5 Core Competency
An interactive exploration of powerful questions to ask as we go through change. We explore 3 models that prompt us to ask powerful questions that help us feel more empowered and have more meaningful conversations about our inner personal and collective journeys as we go through change.
Guest Facilitator: Kieran Harrop, MBA, ACC, CSTC, is Vice President, Consulting Services at BDO and an Executive, Leadership, and Team Coach who is passionate about helping individuals and teams become the best version of themselves. He co-creates safe and co-generative space for individuals and teams to move from distrust, dysfunction, and anxiety to courage, authenticity, and high performance. Less from ego and more from presence, being, and authentic self. He is a Certified Systemic Team Coach awarded by the Academy of Executive Coaching. He is Brené Brown Dare to Lead Trained, a Certified Deep Transformational Coach, an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and President of ICF Vancouver Island.

M. Beth Page, PhD, CPHR and a professional certified coach is the owner of Dream Catcher Consulting. In addition to her consulting and coaching practice, she also serves as a member of associate faculty at Royal Roads University in Victoria, Canada. Donna Hall, CPHR, based on BC’s Sunshine Coast, the territory of the shíshálh and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Nations, Donna is a CHPR and member of the International Coaches Federation (ICF). She launched Donna Hall Coaching to support professionals with their careers while sharing her expertise in HR and recruitment.
