“Why hire an ICF Credential-holder?”
Welcome to our directory of member coaches of the Vancouver Island Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF). As ICF members, we are governed by Codes of Ethics which establishes the professional code of conduct that you can expect as a client. ICF Member coaches are enrolled in or have at least 60 hours of coach specific training. “Credentialed” coaches (ACC, PCC, MCC) have additional training and experience that allow them to qualify for these designations.

Eve is an executive coach with a passion for supporting others. She has worked in senior levels in the public, private and non-profit sectors. Her experience spans small business to global initiatives. She has worked with organizations at the community, provincial, national and even international level. She has represented Canada at Unesco and World Health Organization events.
Eve graduated from the University of Victoria with a degree in Child and Youth Care. She has since gone on to complete her post-graduate certification in Executive Coaching through Royal Roads University.
Her volunteer work includes sitting on a number of boards including the YM-YWCA of Greater Victoria. She sat on the board of the Women of Distinction Program and chaired the Young Women’s Leadership and Mentoring Conference. She has also mentored numerous colleagues throughout her public service career.
Eve is an accredited executive coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. As part of her eveofchange coaching practice, Eve is a certified Lumina Learning Practitioner. Lumina is the next generation of professional development tools supporting individuals, teams and organizations to work more effectively and improve the bottom line. Through affiliations, Eve brings depth and breadth to the practice of coaching.
After 25 successful years in her career, Eve has found her joy in the success of others.
I work with Corporate Leaders and Teams to foster their leadership development, communication, decision making and improve the bottom line; and, People in Transition who have been out-placed and require special support and career coaching. I specialize in supporting Women looking to make changes, up their game or reach their goals and dreams.
Along with the client, we focus on a positive approach. Through honest and open dialogue, we identify what is right, what is working and what is missing. I help you jettison from what is not working to successful outcomes. I help you define your impossible future and what is needed to achieve it.
I use the Five C Model: connect, clarify, co-create, catalyze and commit. By following this process, we can reach your Essential C – Change. I also employ Lumina Learning tools to create a personal portrait of the client. This leads to increased self awareness, improved communication, alignment of leadership competencies and the ability to draw on our unique strengths. 360-Assessments are also available to individual clients.
I offer a complimentary first session to new and potential clients to ensure we have the right fit.
