Ethical + Moral Maturity in the Coaching Profession
This 3-Part WEBINAR Series will ignite a robust conversation about ethical and moral maturity for our coaching chapter.
At ICF, the area of ethics is always top of mind and we want to make it relevant and real for our local Vancouver Island coaching community. By the time you complete all three sessions you will have explored the difference between morals + ethics, reviewed relevant case studies and gained a more complete understanding of ICF’s ethical standards and the IRB (Independent Review Board).
WHEN: Monday, January 9, February 13, and March 13 (sign up for one or all).
TIME: 6:00-7:00 p.m. Pacific Time
WHERE: Virtual location! Once registered, you will receive a Zoom invite to attend. You will need a monitor to participate fully.
HOW: Register via this Eventbrite link (Register early! There are only 15 spots available for the first two webinars to allow space for robust dialogue).
WHAT: An interactive experience that will provide you with 3 Core Competency Credits (CCE’s) if attending all three webinars or 1 Core Competency Credit per webinar.
Ethics Session 1: Moral Maturity in the Coaching Profession
Ethics Session 2: Ethical Dilemmas – Case Studies to learn from
Ethics Session 3: How would you feel if someone complained about you as a coach?
