The Vancouver Island Coaches Association (VI Coaches) is the professional network of Vancouver Island and Gulf Island member coaches of the International Coach Federation (ICF). VI Coaches is also a community committed to supporting and offering resources and inspiration for coaching professional development and business development. We offer online and in person meetings and professional development opportunities for our members and the community at large. Everyone is welcome to attend VI Coaches events and webinars!

VI Coaches is also a resource for anyone wishing to become a coach or hire a coach.  Our Articles section is growing and will feature many articles written by our members on the topic categories of leadership, executive, business, organization development, life and career.
